All services are priced upon enquiry. A detailed fee structure will be provided during the initial consultation.
Payment is required upfront, but terms may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed methods.
Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily from the payment due date until payment is received. Divergently Legal reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received.
All client information is handled with strict confidentiality. Divergently Legal will not disclose any information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Divergently Legal complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal data is securely collected, stored, and processed, and you have the right to access or request the deletion of your data at any time.
Clients may cancel a coaching session with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a full session charge.
Legal services can be cancelled by the client with appropriate notice as stipulated in the engagement agreement. Refunds for legal services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the extent of work completed.
Divergently Legal’s liability in connection with the services provided is limited to the fees paid by the client for those services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Coaching services do not substitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. Legal advice provided is based on the information you supply. Divergently Legal is not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Divergently Legal harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising from the use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
You may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date will remain payable.
Divergently Legal reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches these terms or if it becomes inappropriate or unfeasible to continue providing services. Notice of termination will be provided in writing.

Divergently Legal shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, or natural disasters.
These Terms of Business constitute the entire agreement between Divergently Being trading as Divergently Legal and the client concerning the provision of services. Any amendments must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Divergently Legal reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
